ARTIST STATEMENT

Sandy Glover

Sandra Glover is a self-taught painter, sculptor and illustrator living in the Santa Monica Mountains above Malibu in California. Her love of nature and work as a naturalist and animal shelter volunteer informs and inspires all of her paintings, which are created at her outdoor "studio" or on location in the endlessly spectacular California landscape.
 

Sandra is an active member of the Allied Artists of the Santa Monica and Seashore and participates in art festivals and group exhibits as well as one person shows.

She has illustrated numerous books and publications and has exhibited at several galleries in the Los Angeles area.
